Terms and Conditions for Y Carry Mobile App

Welcome to the Y Carry mobile application ("App”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

• To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Rental Agreement

• By using the App to rent lockers, you agree to the specific rental terms and conditions as outlined in the App.

• You accept full responsibility for the condition of the locker during the rental period and agree to return it in the same condition as received.

5. Payment

• Payments for locker rentals are processed via secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the App to charge your selected payment method.

• Rental fees are non-refundable except as mandated by applicable law.

6. User Conduct

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You shall not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App or which, as determined by Y Carry, may harm Y Carry or users of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Y Carry or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Y Carry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

• Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Y Carry and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

Y Carry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
